Transliteration
chITiyaTada binadi tAnorvanirvaravOlATavADutali tannor tanava merevAmATadali bommanum tannEkateya jIvapATiyali maretihanu -- MANKUTIMMA
Interpretation
The Universe is like a pack of cards with which the Creator plays to achieve an end goal
When a person is alone & bored, he plays with a pack of cards a two person game in which he is engrossed in essaying both sides
In a similar manner, the Creator plays with his pack of cards -- the Universe & He essays various roles -- the good & the bad, the rich & the poor, the living & the non-living
Mankutimma, while this whole process seems to be bereft of any value, it is only when man realises that every single being in the Universe is His manifestation & He is responsible for anything & everything that happens in this Universe, that is when realisation will dawn that it is not for man to determine whether any being or any action is purposeful or not...it is the limitation of his senses that is not allowing him to understand & is preventing him from realising the eternal Truth.
