Interpretation

One of the many dichotomies designed in the Universe is that of the human body

While it is very true that one should not overindulge the human body, the opposite is also true…the same body can be a detriment to the true path while it is impossible to find the true path without the body

Mankutimma, some impractical philosophers deem the human body to be nothing more than a mass of meat & a bag of bones…it is far from truth. Do not berate your body as a receptable of impurities & poisons that will contaminate you & divert you from your goal. Remember that it is the same body that contains the 5 senses, without which it is impossible to even think of coming anywhere close to the Truth. So, you need to take care of your body, feed it well, keep it healthy for it is only in a healthy body can the senses be in a honed state. It is only then that the body would be energetic & primed to take you to your goal. This is also the reason why many truly learned people have also described the buman body as an abode of the Creator himself.
