Interpretation
The Creator constantly challenges us with the question – who is in control of your life? Who defines your destiny?
The more arrogant among us tend to feel that the more accomplished individuals define & write their own destiny. They feel that no external influence can influence how they would like their lives to play out
Mankutimma, nothing can be farther from truth than above. Man may tend to get a feeling from time to time that he & he alone is responsible for his life progress; but the Creator constantly challenges this notion by introducing twists in his life at least unexpected moments. Realise that man’s life is influenced by 3 critical aspects – Providence, his efforts & his Karma. Come what may, man cannot escape the influence of these. It is almost like these 3 are playing a game of cards – instead of real cards, they are playing with humans…and toying with them at will. Realise this, accept it & be humble…and do good deeds since the influence of your deeds is not only immediate; but also later; much later too.
