kanDa daivakkella kaiya mugidEnahudu?chanDachaturOpAyadindalEnhudu?tanDulada hiDiyondu tunDu baTTeyadonduanDaletavidakEnO? -- MANKUTIMMA
Interpretation
In this state of perpetual continuum called Life, what is the use of worshipping every idol of God that one sees?
Why does Man plan elaborate & sinister schemes to get his hands on material things that he feels are important
Is all that really necessary?
In order to lead his Life truly happily, all Man needs is a handful of rice & a piece of cloth
Mankutimma, when that is so, what is the purpose of the aimless wandering of Man to try to achieve the same purpose? Is he really aware of his purpose & the means to achieve it?
